The true sloping bed, headbox, turret and tailstock have been designed in a single bed, a design that greatly reduces the effects of thermal expansion. This design provides greater accuracy than if the headbox and tailstock were positioned horizontally with the Z axis and the X axis angled with the turret; in addition, the warm-up time is reduced and rigidity is increased.The sturdy base reduces vibration and noise, while the application of a full linear rail provides a smoother surface for increased accuracy and speed. The design consumes energy low and does not require much adjustment.
This machine tool is most suitable for processing fields; aviation equipment, auto parts,valves, non-ferrous metals, disc parts, large bearing rings, precision long thick shafts.
