1. The CNC-TK55 lathe adopts a 35° inclined layout and an integrated bed base structure, which greatly improves the bending and torsional rigidity of the lathe in operation.
2. The CNC-TK55 CNC lathe is equipped with a mechanical spindle as standard. The spindle bearing adopts high precision spindle bearing and the maximum spindle speed can reach 2000r/min. The spindle drive is equipped with 15KW spindle drive motor as standard. The speed ratio between the main motor and spindle is 1.6:1 (i.e. maximum spindle speed of 1250r/min).
3. The CNC-TK55 CNC lathe uses Taiwan Yintai linear slides and ball screws as standard, and the use of Taiwan TBI bearings enables the machine to move at a speed of 16m/min, greatly improving the machining efficiency.
4. CNC-TK55 CNC lathe is equipped with a knuckle-type tool holder as standard, and can be equipped with a Taiwan hydraulic turret as an option.
